For regular contributors Mission to Russia now offers “auto debit” capabilities. Contributors who desire to donate a fixed gift on a set monthly date can authorize an electronic ACH auto debit to be charged to a specific bank account selected by the donor. This service is offered as a method of making contributing to MTR as convenient and secure as possible. The capability to continue to designate the contributions to the MTR General Fund and Child School Sponsorships are provided on the form in addition to making the contribution on either the 15th or the 30th day of each month. Normal bank service charges could apply at the financial institution on which the ACH is drawn; please contact your bank, thrift or credit union to confirm these details.

Upon receipt, this form must be completed, signed and return to MTR (address provided) with a copy of a voided check on the account selected by the donor to initiate the process.

Within the next 30 days, the electronic ACH set up will be completed, and MTR will communicate the amount and date of the auto debit prior to the first auto debit processing by either an e-mail message or phone.

MTR will continue to comply with IRS requirements for charitable contributions receipts on an annual basis.
