Greetings to all,
The news and weather in the last months reminds us that we live in a "fallen" world. The droughts, floods, hail storms, tornadoes, earthquakes, legalizing of homosexual marriages, the spreading of aids and other sexual diseases, famines, disobedience of children to parents, disobedience to authorities, total selfishness of the majority of people, lukewarm churches, etc. reminds us every day of the soon coming of our Lord. It also reminds us of the urgency to tell the "good news" of Jesus while there is still time and that urgency includes those souls that live in the former "Soviet Union". It is tough living in this "fallen" world with Christ. Think how impossible it is to live in this fallen world without Christ.
That is what Mission To Russia is all about - giving those people a chance to know Christ and His salvation who would never have that chance except for us who are part of this evangelistic area and a place where not many of God's people are concerned about. Millions of people have not yet heard about God's love and salvation in the largest land mass country of the world.
You need to be commended for your concern and your faithfulness in helping to spread the gospel to the lost souls of Russia. We who are the "staff" of MTR cannot thank you enough for your faithful partnership with us in this work. It would be impossible without you.
